7 Nights For the price of 5 promotion
1. The ‘7 nights for the price of 5 promotion' is available for bookings made between 30 june - September 15 2010.
2. Please quote ‘7 nights for the price of 5 promotion' when booking directly at the hotel.
3. To qualify for the ‘7 nights for the price of 5 promotion', guest must book and stay at the same hotel for a minimum of 7 consecutive nights at a single hotel. Failure to do so will invalidate the offer.
4. The offer is restricted to a maximum of 2 rooms per family.
5. For the free nights (nights 6 and 7 of the qualifying stay) guests will not be charged for room rate, but will be liable for all other charges.
6. Rates will vary by date of stay. All rooms are subject to availability at time of booking with a minimum number of rooms available.
7. Offer is subject to availability, valid on new bookings only, not applicable to groups and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or special promotions. Bookings are non-transferable.
8. A maximum length of stay of 15 days applies for this promotion.
9. Should your reservation be cancelled then a cancellation fee applies equivalent to one night's stay.

Terms & Conditions of Hotel Use
Liability
Guests' liability for their account is not waived and guests agree to be held personally liable in the event that any indicated person, group, company or association fails to pay all or part of any charges incurred.
Eligibility of use
Use of City Express Apartholtels if restricted to persons over the age of 18 who can enter into binding contracts.
General terms and conditions
All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and subject to availability and may be subject to a minimum night stay.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, City Express aparthotels does not accept any liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions fo listed hotel products.
Damage to hotel property
Guests are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which they cause and should be reported immeadiately. Although minor damages may not be charged, we may charge for significant damage or breakages. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel's property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Removal of hotel property
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
Tampering with fire detection systems and fire fighting equipment
We reserve the right to take action against any guest found to have tampered / interfered with any fire detection equipment throughout the hotel, including detector heads in public areas and bedrooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Guests found to have tampered with any fire detection or fire fighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the hotel due to their actions and additionally may be asked to leave the hotel. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the Police may become involved at the hotel's discretion. Should the fact that fire fighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
No Smoking
For the convenience and safety of all guests, City Express is strictly non- smoking. Guests who smoke in their room will be asked to leave.
Inappropriate behaviour
It is the hotel's policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect and as a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect them from inappropriate behaviour. Should any actions by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the Duty Manager, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the Duty Manager, the hotel reserves the right, after any allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the Police may become involved at the hotel's discretion, or guests may be asked to leave the hotel.
Lost / Damaged property
City Experss is not liable for any lost or damaged property of guests. If we find any lost property, we will make every reasonable effort to locate the owner and return it, but if we cannot locate the owner and an item is not reclaimed with 3 months of the guest's departure it will be disposed of by the hotel.
Payment Terms
We accept credit/ debit cards or cash payments. No cheques.
Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking debit/ credit card details will be taken, if less than 72hours notice is given for cancellation or there is a no show We reserve the right to charge a fee of £50 to the card details given.
Check in / Out times
Check in and Check out times are explained when bookings are made. Any extension to the check out time, either pre-arranged or as a late departure, may incur a charge upon departure.
Vehicles
All vehicles are parked at the owners' risk. The multi storey car park at City Quadrant is owned and operated by Newcastle City council should a problem occur with a vehicle in the car park, the hotel cannot accept any liability.
Child Policy
City Express Apartholels recognize children as being 12 or under. Please be aware that individuals over 12 will be classed as adults and charged accordingly on arrival. 2 children under 12 may share free with two adults at City Express aparthotels.
